Internet's good, but shipping slow

I recently switched to Spectrum Internet, and the service itself is quite stable, which is a definite plus. The speeds I'm getting with the Internet Ultra plan are exactly as advertised, which is a relief after some past experiences with other providers. However, I ordered a couple of Spectrum WiFi Pods to extend coverage, and those took nearly 8 business days to arrive, which felt a bit long. It wasn't a huge deal, as the main router covered most of the house, but it's an area where they could improve. Overall, good value for the internet, but keep an eye on shipping times for add-ons.

Consistently good service

This isn't my first rodeo with Spectrum. I've been a customer for a few years now, first for just internet and then bundled with Spectrum Mobile last year. Each time I've changed or added a service, it's been a smooth process, much like when I originally signed up for the Internet Gig plan. Their service is reliable, and I rarely have outages, which is a big deal for my work-from-home setup. It's why I keep coming back instead of trying other providers.

Easy setup, decent price

So I needed new internet when I moved, and my friend told me to check out Spectrum. I got their basic internet plan, and it was pretty easy to get set up. They sent the equipment, and I just plugged it in, no biggie. The speeds are good enough for streaming and just browsing around.
